The project, with a capacity of 200 MW Solar & 100 MW / 600 MWh BESS, marks another milestone in ENGIE's expanding renewable energy and storage footprint in the country. The project was awarded through a competitive bidding process conducted by the Solar Energy Corp. ENGIE has secured a 200 MW solar project paired with a 100 MW/600. . The 200MW solar project will be co-located with a 100MW/400MWh battery energy storage system (BESS).
